Current Bitcoin price USD
A BitCoin (or BTC) is an online currency. It's kind of like the US dollar or the British pound, except that it only exists online – there are no coins or notes.
You buy BitCoins with real money. The price varies, but currently they are a few hundred dollars each. You can then use the bitcoins to buy and sell things as if the bitcoin was actual money. One of their bigger advantages is anonymity as, once you buy them and put them in a BitCoin wallet, they can't be traced back to you.
##############
For example, if someone was selling something for 2 BTC, I would first go and buy 2 BTC from a BitCoin exchange (this would cost me $1000-$1500). Next, I would send the BitCoins to them. They receive the BitCoins and send me what I bought.
Now they have 2 BitCoins in their BitCoin account. If they want, they can go back to a BitCoin exchange and sell them for USD or Pounds or whatever. They can also save them up, or trade them on for more merchandise.
################
Conclusion: BitCoins are just a digital form of money.
Can someone who understands Spanish read a site for me?I need to know if the cost shown is in USD, or local currency. Also, what does the line Cuotas: 6 de $ 793 mean?
want to buy this keyboard, (BTC 8110 M) but I can't find it anywhere in the US.
cuotas is fees- so that would be shipping and handling within Argentina. It would be in argentinian pesos:
39.99 ARS = 10.4385 USD Argentina Pesos United States Dollars 1 ARS = 0.261028 USD 1 USD = 3.83100 ARS
according to xe.com
7.93 is $2.06 us.
Obviously your bank card or credit card would do things a bit differently on the exchange rate.
And you would have to try to arrange shipping here to the USA.
Hope this helps! Good luck!
