2014-03-01 07:46:09 by lost-everything"I stupidly had my life's savings in bitcoin, and when the price started to fall, I converted to dollars and watched the price plummet. I lost $357,000.
"Not to try to earn a bunch of sympathy or anything but this was not only my money but it was going to be my 5 year old son's education fund which i took out of fidelity about 1 year ago to mess with bitcoins.

2014-02-10 14:40:26 by just-as-we-expected"Bitcoin price to reach 2000 USD by the end of February 2014"
"Just in a couple of days we have seen a massive buy of Bitcoins pushing the price up to more than 1000 USD on Mt. Gox."
"This clearly shows that we are now going to push the value of Bitcoin above the record high of 1242 USD. When? Very soon. By the end of February 2014 I believe we are above 2000 USD per Bitcoin."
